Flo is an environmental artist, researcher, and educator with a background in holistic nutrition, health and food systems, dance, and performance.
Flo completed their Master's in Environmental Studies at York University in 2022. Their final research project, "(Yerba) Mate is bittersweet," delved into how industrialization, colonization, and extractivism intersect within the official narratives surrounding yerba mate consumption. They also worked as a Data Analyst for the Footprint Data Foundation, contributing to the development of the 2022 edition of the National Ecological Footprint and Biocapacity Accounts. They were born and raised in Argentina.
